We get fresh news from Peruvian soil. We have written our brother Luis Elordi and the thing is more or less as follows.
On the one hand have acquitted Mario Bartolini Palombi and the Director of Radio East, Yovanni Acate. But it seems that there are also four other defendants to whom he has fallen sentence of 4 years' imprisonment plus a fine question.
To add insult to injury, it appears that the Attorney State will appeal the sentence, if only given 10 days to file appeal. We welcome
Mario and Yovanni and wish him well for the other four defendants.
