Costa Garage Company has submitted an application for Redundancy Employment (ERE) to terminate its 39 employees, as indicated to the Committee for Enterprise three insolvency administrators . It has opened a period of consultation. The Administration argues
bankruptcy filing as causes for the termination of all contracts lost the economic situation and the order of liquidation issued by the court in the absence of agreement between the company and creditors, the liquidation of Costa Garage ends in November 2011. The proposed extinction
made by the receivers is presented in stages, as it tries to make the vehicle workshop area continue working while trying to sell "liquidate" Garage Costa and propose compensation of 20 days per year.
On 10 January the next meeting the receivers, and have been asked to submit a proposal for staff to continue and improvements in compensation and that no possibility of return of significant amounts of unpaid Costa garage. Via
