Japanese multinational Yamaha has submitted to the Government a Record of Employment Regulation (ERE), in order to close its plant in Palau solità i Plegamans (Barcelona) and involving a total of 388 workers.
As reported by the company, economic conditions for workers are 45 days per year worked up to 42 months and a social plan which provides for the relocation at its plant in Saint Quentin (France) of 100 employees.
